Working with an existing design, I helped to make this content-rich site responsive, and upgraded it to 2.x in the process. With thousands of CGBlog articles, and a dozen or more templates, it was a fun and interesting challenge. It now has template inheritance to help make future updates easier, and more Smarty logic to eliminate many of the GCBs. The next focus will be on improving the load speed and efficiency, taking advantage of some of 2.x's improvements in this area.
